At the same time Eskimo Refrigeration served the Alberta and Saskatchewan market with similar purpose as the Carrier & Webasto dealer.
These two dealerships forged their legacies in Western Canada beginning in the mid-sixties, growing and thriving in our western economy over the past half century.
In 2018 we were very pleased to announce that Hiway Refrigeration had acquired Eskimo Refrigeration from the Fleming family. By building on the strong legacies of the Eskimo and Hiway teams, and now uniting them as one team we have the opportunity to deliver a consistent and predictable customer experience across Western Canada.
We are a customer-focused business that provides certainty for customers needing responsive, expert support of innovative temperature control solutions for transport and industry.
Our Path Forward
It became clear to us very early on that this merging of businesses, cultures and most importantly people had resulted in something that was much larger and significant than a just corporate transaction. It was an opportunity to strive for something special and unique for our employees, vendor partners and customers that would differentiate us in our space.
